Since its establishment in 1964, PROCESS LAB. MICRON Co., Ltd. has been engaged in stencil printing and manufacturing masking sheets for screen printing.
Our main products include bump stencils for semiconductor packages, exquisite masking sheets such as metal masks for mounting electronic parts, and others, with full use of coating technology and laser processing technology. Our customers use them in their manufacturing processes. We would like to thank all our customers.

Driven by “the unlimited spirit of inquiry,” we have been committed to "customer first” with the spirit and responsibility of being a part of our customers' production since our establishment. We will continue to pursue the depth of image formation technology to provide better products and services with the mindset that our costumers’ prosperity is the source of our growth. We will always continue to devote ourselves to the development of new in-house products as “evolutionary pioneers.”

Our society has reached a major turning point: the advent of the IoT society, the shift to next-generation communication standards, and efforts to achieve a decarbonized society.
